CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation after 0-24 hours
- No fees will apply for orders canceled up to 24 hours after you initially placed them.
Cancellation after 24 hours- Until Order is Shipped
- Fee for orders canceled after 24 hours, but before order has shipped is 15% of the order price.
Cancellation after Order is Shipped or Refusal of Delivery
- If you require the cancellation of an order after it has been shipped (but before it has been delivered), you will be responsible for the 15% restocking fee and for shipping fees incurred both ways. This includes shipping to your address and return shipping back to Walk-In Tubs Outlet.
- This policy applies to all orders and includes orders that were shipped with promotional or complementary free shipping.
RETURN GUIDELINES:
- No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
- Authorization to return must be obtained from WalkInTubsOutlet.com via e-mail.
- All returns are subject to manufacturer approval and must be shipped back to the respective manufacturer at customer’s expense.
- Items must be in new condition with original packaging. Manufacturers will not accept any items that have been used or installed.
- Approved returns are subject to shipping fees incurred both ways as well as all manufacturer restocking fees.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- Please open and carefully inspect your package upon receipt. You must notify us within 5 business days if you received a damaged or defective product. It will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you.
- For Oversized Delivery Items, damage must be documented on delivery paperwork. Please refer to our "Shipping Policy".
- After 5 business days all products will fall under the warranty of their respective manufacturer. Please refer to any warranty information that came with your items for further instructions.
